During the 17 year period, the company has successfully supported, trained and helped 9 employees complete their apprenticeships' and are now fully qualified electrical contractors. We are currently training 6 new apprentices while retaining 5 of our fully qualified tradesmen. We hope to continue this support as we find it to be a integral part of the companies success.

All our licenced Supervisors have had a minimum 4 years of training under IECC, this is a core value that we try to uphold. This ensures that the culture within our company is consistent and is a top down approach to customer service and quality management.

At IECC, Safety is our highest priority, and it starts from the top. The most effective safety management system is one that is incorporated into the culture of a Company. We pride ourselves on our safety record and we invest time and resources into ensuring that we maintain a high level of safety and compliance across all our services. Our Safety Management Plan meets the requirements of AS/NZS 4801 and is reviewed annually. AS/NZS 4801 Is the industry standard and is developed specifically for Australia. Our Health, Safety and Environmental plans are in compliance with the relevant state and Federal legislation and are a core foundation for the Company's culture. Having a plan and implementing the plan are not the same, implementation is a core focus of IECC Management and training all staff is critical in ensuring our Safety procedures are understood and performed.
In addition to the safety of our staff, we also understand the importance of leaving the work space in a safe and clean state for our clients.
